The Demonstration CD

All of the music samples that are on our CD are also available to listen to on this site, in mp3 form. For ceremony music samples, please take this link: Ceremony music. Our well-organized CD contains 57 samples of music often used throughout a wedding ceremony, reception, cocktail party, or other function. Each demonstration piece runs approximately 30 seconds, enough to give a clear idea of the nature of the music. All of the music on the CD* was performed by The Woodvale String Quartet.

The CD booklet clearly explains the contents: the first 47 examples are appropriate for wedding ceremonies, listed as Christian, Jewish or non-religious, along with their title, composer and intended purpose. This has been tremendously helpful to couples unfamiliar with the world of classical wedding music. The last 10 examples represent a cross-section of the various styles that would be performed at a reception or party.
